The Miele W2 WQ 1000 WPS Nova Edition's programmes

• Baumwolle: Cotton, linen and blends such as T-shirts, underwear and table linen, 9 kg. Choose 60 C or more for higher hygiene needs. (up to 90°C, up to 1600 rpm)
• Pflegeleicht: Synthetics, blends and easy-care cotton such as jumpers, dresses, trousers and socks, 4 kg. Reduce the final spin for crease-prone items. (up to 60°C, up to 1200 rpm)
• QuickPowerWash: Lightly or normally soiled cotton, linen and blends that suit the Baumwolle programme, 4 kg, washed fast at 40 or 60 C with more energy and water. (up to 60°C, up to 1600 rpm)
• Wolle: Wool and wool blends such as jumpers, cardigans and socks, 3 kg. Reduce the final spin for crease-prone items. (up to 40°C, up to 1000 rpm)
• Hemden/Blusen: Cotton and blended shirts and blouses, 1 kg, with Vorbügeln switched on. Silk shirts go in Seide. (up to 60°C, up to 1000 rpm)
• Feinwäsche: Delicate synthetics, blends and viscose such as lingerie and items with appliqués, 3 kg. (up to 40°C, up to 1000 rpm)
• Seide: Silk and all hand-washable textiles that contain no wool, 1 kg. Add a few loose items when washing in a wash bag. (up to 30°C, up to 600 rpm)
• Dunkles/Jeans: Black and dark cotton, blends and denim such as jackets, trousers, shirts and skirts, 4 kg. Wash inside out. (up to 60°C, up to 1200 rpm)
• Outdoor: Functional outdoor jackets and trousers with membranes such as Gore-Tex, 3 kg. Close Velcro and zips and use no fabric softener. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
• Sportwäsche: Sports and fitness wear such as shirts and shorts, microfibre sportswear and fleece, 3 kg. No fabric softener. (up to 60°C, up to 1200 rpm)
• Express 20: Cotton that has barely been worn or is only very lightly soiled, 3 kg, in about 20 minutes. (up to 40°C, up to 1200 rpm)
• Daunen/Bettdecken: Down-filled jackets and sleeping bags, and pillows and duvets with down, feather or synthetic filling, 2 kg. (up to 60°C, up to 1200 rpm)
• Bettwäsche: Bed linen, sheets and pillowcases, 8 kg. Close buttons and zips. (up to 90°C, up to 1600 rpm)
• Gardinen/Vorhänge: Curtains the maker declares machine washable, 3 kg. Remove curtain runners first. (up to 40°C, up to 600 rpm)
• Neue Kleidung: New cotton, synthetic and terry textiles, 2 kg, to wash out production residues. (up to 40°C, up to 1200 rpm)
• ECO 40-60: Normally soiled cotton marked 40 or 60 C washed together, 9 kg. The temperature is set by the programme and cannot be chosen. (up to 40°C, up to 1600 rpm)
• SmartMatic: Cotton, synthetics and blends washable at 30 C or more, 6 kg. The programme sets the temperature itself. (up to 40°C, up to 1400 rpm)
• Sportschuhe: Up to two pairs of trainers with no leather, with no final spin. Brush off heavy dirt first. (up to 40°C, up to 0 rpm)
• PowerFresh: Steams dry, unsoiled, slightly creased cotton, linen or blends, 1 kg. It does not wash, and is not for wool. (up to 0 rpm)
• Nur Vorbügeln: Steams freshly washed and spun textiles to cut creasing, 2 kg. Not for wool. (up to 0 rpm)
• Imprägnieren: Proofing treatment for freshly washed microfibre and mainly synthetic outdoor, ski and rain wear, 2 kg, with a special proofing agent. It does not wash. (up to 40°C, up to 1000 rpm)
• Nur Spülen: Rinses textiles, or softens them separately, 8 kg. (up to 1600 rpm)
• Nur Schleudern: Spins textiles, 9 kg. Set 0 U/min to drain only. (up to 1600 rpm)
• TwinDos reinigen: Cleans the TwinDos system with an empty drum, before an absence of more than two months. (up to 0 rpm)
• Maschine reinigen: Cleans the machine with an empty drum, using a machine cleaner or powder detergent in the drum. (up to 0 rpm)
• Trommel reinigen: Rinses sand and lint out of the empty drum. (up to 0 rpm)
