The Bomann WA 7188's programmes
- Baumwolle: Robust, heat-resistant cotton, normally to heavily soiled, up to 8 kg. (up to 90°C, up to 1400 rpm)
- Sportwäsche: Gentle programme for lightly soiled cotton or microfibre sportswear, up to 4 kg. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
- Feinwäsche: Delicate textiles such as silk, lace or thin synthetics, up to 2 kg. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
- Oberbett: Machine-washable pillows, quilts and duvets with synthetic or down filling, up to 2 kg. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
- Babywäsche: Textiles that get dirty often and need an especially hygienic wash, 40 to 90 C, up to 3 kg. (up to 90°C, up to 1000 rpm)
- Express: Shortens the wash by about 30% with more frequent drum movement, up to 2 kg. (up to 60°C, up to 1400 rpm)
- Kurz 15': Extra-short programme for small, barely soiled loads with no visible stains, up to 2 kg. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
- Schnell 42': Short programme for lightly soiled laundry, up to 4 kg. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
- Wolle: Machine-washable wool, up to 2 kg. Keep to the recommended temperature and use a wool detergent. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
- 20°C: Lightly soiled cotton worn only briefly, heated only to 20 C, up to 2 kg. (up to 20°C, up to 1400 rpm)
- Mix: Mixed fabrics such as cotton blended with synthetics, up to 4 kg. (up to 40°C, up to 800 rpm)
- Eco 40-60: Normally soiled, colourfast cotton, up to 8 kg, fixed at 40 C. Saves water and energy with a longer wash. (up to 40°C, up to 1400 rpm)
- Spülen + Schleudern: Separate rinse followed by a spin. (up to 1400 rpm)
- Schleudern: Separate spin, after draining. (up to 1400 rpm)
- Trommelreinigung: Self-cleaning of the empty drum at 60 C, ideally with a washing-machine cleaner. (up to 60°C, up to 800 rpm)
