The Amana NTW4516FW Top Load (agitator)'s programmes

• Normal Regular: Normally soiled cottons and mixed-fabric loads. Defaults to Warm with a High spin. (up to 60°C, up to 700 rpm)
• Normal Heavy: Heavily soiled or sturdy fabrics, colourfast items, towels, sheets and jeans. Defaults to Hot with a High spin. (up to 60°C, up to 700 rpm)
• Casual: No-iron fabrics such as sport shirts, blouses, casual business clothes, permanent press and blends. Defaults to Warm with a Low spin. (up to 60°C, up to 700 rpm)
• Delicate: Lightly soiled garments labelled machine washable silks or gentle cycle, lingerie and washable wools. Small items in mesh bags. Defaults to Cool with a Low spin. (up to 60°C, up to 700 rpm)
• Bulky Items and Sheets: Large items such as sheets, sleeping bags, small comforters, jackets, small washable rugs and waterproof items. Uses a higher water level and a Low spin. (up to 60°C, up to 700 rpm)
• Clean Washer with affresh: Run every 30 washes, empty, with an affresh tablet or liquid chlorine bleach to keep the inside of the washer fresh.
• Rinse/Spin: Combines a cold rinse and a high-speed spin, for swimsuits, loads that need rinsing only, or to finish a load after a power cut. (up to 20°C, up to 700 rpm)
• Drain/Spin: Spins to shorten drying times for heavy fabrics or hand-washed items, or drains the washer after a cancelled cycle. (up to 700 rpm)
